Chia Inc. respects third-party rights across its services, including Komaca. Users may only input, upload, store, transmit, link, publish, or distribute content for which they have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority.

Any person who believes that content on a Chia service infringes copyrights, trademark rights, portrait or publicity rights, privacy, personal information, trade secrets, or other rights may submit a report under this policy.

1. How to Report Rights Infringement

Reports may be submitted in any format. To allow Chia to review a report, please include:

1. Your name and contact information
2. The URL or location within the service of the content at issue
3. The type and details of the rights you believe are being infringed
4. The reason you believe the content infringes those rights
5. Your relationship to the rights holder
6. Any relevant supporting materials, if available

Chia may be unable to review a report if essential information is missing.

Reports may be submitted in English or Japanese.

2. What Chia Does After Receiving a Report

Chia will review the report and may request additional information or documentation from the reporting party, the user who provided the content at issue, or other relevant parties.

If, after reviewing the report, information provided by relevant parties, applicable laws, the relevant terms, and other circumstances, Chia determines that action is necessary, Chia may:

1. Remove or make private the content at issue
2. Disable, restrict, or suspend access to the content
3. Warn the user
4. Restrict, suspend, or delete the user’s account
5. Take any other action Chia considers necessary

Receipt of a report does not guarantee removal of content, restoration of content, an account action, or any other particular outcome. Chia will determine the appropriate response based on the circumstances of each report.

3. Contact From an Affected User

A user who believes that content was restricted or removed in error may send Chia:

• The email address associated with the account
• The URL or location of the affected content
• An explanation of why the restriction or removal was incorrect
• Any license, permission, contractual basis, or other supporting material, if available

Chia will review the information and may request additional documentation. After its review, Chia may maintain, modify, or lift the measure. Restoration of content or modification of any measure is not guaranteed, and Chia will make the final determination regarding its response.

4. Repeated or Serious Violations

Chia may restrict, suspend, or delete the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, or commit serious violations.

5. Good-Faith Reporting

Reports should be submitted in good faith. Chia may decline to process reports that are false, fraudulent, malicious, or abusive.

権利侵害に関する対応方針

チア株式会社（以下「当社」といいます。）は、Komacaを含む当社のサービスにおいて、第三者の権利を尊重します。 ユーザーは、必要な権利、許諾および適法な取扱権限を有するコンテンツに限り、入力、アップロード、保存、送信、連携、公開または配信することができます。

当社サービス上のコンテンツが、著作権、商標権、肖像権、パブリシティ権、プライバシー、個人情報、営業秘密その他の権利を侵害していると考える場合は、本方針に基づき申告することができます。

1. 権利侵害の申告方法

申告の形式は問いません。当社が申告内容を確認できるよう、次の情報をご提供ください。

1. 申告者の氏名および連絡先
2. 問題となるコンテンツのURLまたはサービス上の掲載場所
3. 侵害されていると考える権利の種類および内容
4. 権利侵害に該当すると考える理由
5. 申告者と権利者との関係
6. 関連資料がある場合はその内容

必要な情報が不足している場合、当社は申告内容を確認できないことがあります。

2. 申告受領後の対応

当社は申告内容を確認し、申告者、対象コンテンツを提供したユーザーまたはその他の関係者に、追加情報もしくは資料の提出を求めることがあります。

当社は、申告内容、関係者から提供された情報、適用法令、関連する利用規約その他の事情を確認したうえで必要と判断した場合、次の措置を行うことがあります。

1. 対象コンテンツの削除または非公開化
2. 対象コンテンツへのアクセス制限または公開停止
3. ユーザーへの警告
4. アカウントの利用制限、一時停止または削除
5. その他当社が必要と判断する措置

申告を受領したことにより、対象コンテンツの削除もしくは復元、アカウントへの措置、またはその他特定の対応を行うことを保証するものではありません。当社は個別の事情に基づき対応を判断します。

3. 措置を受けたユーザーからの連絡

コンテンツへの措置が誤りであると考えるユーザーは、次の情報を当社へ送付することができます。

• アカウントに登録したメールアドレス
• 対象コンテンツのURLまたは掲載場所
• 措置が誤りであると考える理由
• 利用許諾、契約上の根拠その他の関連資料がある場合はその内容

当社は提供された情報を確認し、必要に応じて追加資料の提出を求めることがあります。確認後、当社は措置を維持、変更または解除することがあります。コンテンツの復元または措置の変更を保証するものではなく、最終的な対応は当社が判断します。

4. 繰り返しまたは重大な違反

当社は、第三者の権利侵害、なりすましまたは重大な違反を繰り返すユーザーについて、アカウントの利用制限、一時停止または削除を行うことがあります。

5. 誠実な申告

申告は誠実に行ってください。当社は、虚偽、詐欺的、悪意ある、または権利侵害申告制度を濫用する申告には対応しないことがあります。
